Unthinking: An Experiment

By friend of the blog, Margaret Kimball

A flowchart of the mind.

Fascinating!

(Sidebar: She says “like” almost as much as I do. I appreciate that!)

I don’t even want to think about what the infographic for my thesis would look like.

Just a Dream -Nelly
made this while contemplating this song’s pronoun confusion :)

Great!

On so many levels!
I’ve heard the song approximately twice, but I heard it this way:

I was thinkin’ ‘bout you, thinkin’ ‘bout me

However, such a man could follow this chart and end up with a delicious batch of cupcakes, I would imagine. The Anatomy of a Cupcake is one in a growing number of recipe charts, many of which remove the precision and measurements of traditional recipes in favor of expressing their general form. As somebody who easily gets obsessed with measurements while cooking, filling the teaspoon of salt to the grain, recipes presented in this form feel closer to how I imagine anyone with actual cooking acumen approaches the metonymic kitchen…”
